Pollen season from late winter through spring and year-round humidity add mildew on frames and tracks, and summer storms put grime back on the windows fast. Left alone, the buildup is constant.
Lanai cages and pool cages are standard on Canyon Lakes homes. Dirty screens trap mineral spotting and pollen that wash back onto your windows during every rain and sprinkler cycle, so we clean the cage and the glass together for results that last. Tracks and frames are included with every visit.
