Equestrian dust, salt air, and 2,200 acres of glass that deserves more than a once-over.Same Dan, same crew, every visit.

I run Pink's across Palm Beach — the island, West Palm, and Wellington — and I'm the one who walks your property and texts you back. Palm Beach Polo is 2,200 acres and roughly 45 neighborhoods, and no two homes have the same glass or the same schedule. The same crew shows up to every visit and learns your property: the elevations, the lanai cage, the gate logistics. If your current cleaner does a once-over and leaves the lanai untouched, that's exactly why we exist.

Polo properties don't fit a one-size template. Some have 1990s glass, some have impact upgrades, some have curved lanai walls. The schedule has to flex around equestrian season, gate logistics, and a calendar that's already full.
The Pink's Home Promise: Dan walks your specific property, proposes a plan that fits (quarterly, twice-yearly, or custom), and the same crew handles every visit — windows, lanai cage, screens, pool cage, the whole package.

Palm Beach Polo glass takes a lot. Equestrian dust drifts off the paddocks, arenas, and unpaved roads and settles on every elevation. Salt air carries inland off the Intracoastal. Daily summer storms streak the panes, pollen coats them in spring, and Wellington humidity keeps a film working on the frames and tracks year-round.
None of it is dramatic on its own. The problem is that it compounds. Dust plus pollen plus salt plus humidity becomes a bonded film that off-the-shelf products struggle to lift — and the cheap services that do show up tend to reach for alkaline cleaners that can etch exposed coated glass over time.
The fix isn't a miracle product. It's neutral-pH chemistry, deionized water rinses, soft pads, and a crew that shows up on a rhythm instead of a once-a-year scramble. Stay ahead of the film and it never becomes a problem. That's the whole product.
No once-over, no shortcuts. The same crew cleans the whole property, every visit.
Palm Beach Polo & Country Club is one of Wellington's landmark communities — over 2,200 acres, roughly 45 neighborhoods, polo fields, championship golf, and homes that range from attached residences to estates well over 10,000 square feet. The window counts match the scale.
Every property is different. Some have impact-rated glass with Low-E coatings from newer construction; some have traditional windows from the 1990s; some have curved lanai walls and pool cages that need a careful hand. We assess each home individually and match the approach to the glass on each elevation — non-abrasive pads, neutral-pH chemistry, and deionized water rinses on coated surfaces, hand-detailing where it's needed.
The calendar matters too. During equestrian season (January through April), the community fills up and the dust picks up. Many homeowners want a deep clean before the season and a steady rhythm through it. We build the schedule around season, gate access, and a property that's already busy — and the same crew comes back every visit.
We carry $2M general liability (Berkley Specialty), workers compensation (Travelers), background checks on every crew member, NDA available on request, and we provide HOA vendor documentation. Want Dan to walk your property? Call or text: (561) 283-7465.
